What are E-Statements? |

If you have not received an e-mail notifying you that your statement is available to view online, we may have an outdated e-mail address on file for you. Please follow the path Services>>Update Profile in the site, check your e-mail address and update it if necessary.
We suggest you add ESBOnline@esbtrust.com to your Allowed Senders List to insure you receive our e-mail alerts.
If your e-mail address is correct and you are still not receiving your E-Statement notification, send us a secure email under the path Services>>Bank Mail or call us at 877.342.3459. |

How secure are E-Statements? |
| A. |
We do not send your actual statement through e-mail, instead we send you an e-mail notification that your E-Statement is available to view online. You must then log on to our secure web site to view your statement. Your account information is protected by 128-bit encryption technology. We also employ multi-factor authentication which protects you by requiring you to log-on with a unique User ID, password, authentication pass-phrase and authentication image. When you enroll in ESB Online, you set up unique challenge questions which you will be required to answer from time to time. |

How do I sign up for E-Statements? |
| A. |
To sign up for E-Statements, follow the path Services>>E-Statement Enrollment. Once you accept the terms of the E-Statements Agreement, you will specify the accounts on which you would like your E-Statements sent. You will begin receiving E-Statements with your next statement cycle.
Only primary and joint owners of an account are eligible to enroll for E-Statements. The most common example of “eligible owners” is a joint husband and wife account relationship. Other kinds of owners, such as authorized signers, will not be eligible to enroll.
If your account is a business account or a not-for-profit account, please contact our client service representatives to discuss your options. |

What if I sign up for E-Statements and then decide I would like to receive paper statements again? |

At any time you can change your preferences. Log in and follow the path Services>>>E-Statement Enrollment. If you prefer not to receive an E-Statement, simply uncheck the box and you will receive a paper statement with your next statement cycle. |

At any time you can return Services>>Update Profile to update the e-mail addresses to which your E-Statements are being sent. |
